Your privacy is our priority

This Privacy Policy describes how JobDoceo ("JobDoceo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the JobDoceo platform and related products, including ATS Intelligence, Autopilot, Job Tracker, and other JobDoceo products we may offer over time.

JobDoceo is currently offered as a Beta service. Features, retention periods, and infrastructure may change as the platform develops. This policy explains our current practices in plain language. It is not legal advice and does not certify compliance with any particular privacy law.

We collect information in three main ways: information you provide, information collected automatically when you use JobDoceo, and information received from third-party services you choose to connect. Some information is collected only when you use a specific product.

We use information to provide, secure, and improve JobDoceo products, including to:

• Create and manage your account
• Deliver the product features you request
• Authenticate users, protect accounts, and prevent abuse
• Respond to feedback and privacy requests
• Monitor reliability, diagnose errors, and improve product quality
• Send important service notices, including material updates to this Privacy Policy when required
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

AI features process your content only to provide the features you use. We do not use your content to train general-purpose AI models unless a specific feature disclosure and contractual arrangement expressly say otherwise.

JobDoceo stores account and product data with cloud infrastructure providers that support operation of the service. We use encryption in transit and apply access controls intended to limit internal access to what is needed to operate JobDoceo.

Resumes and similar files may be stored in object storage. Logs, backups, and operational records may be retained for security, reliability, and troubleshooting. Retention periods can vary by data type and product, especially while JobDoceo is in Beta.

The following subsections describe product-specific processing. Information collected for one product is not automatically reused for unrelated products, except where needed for shared account, security, or platform services.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, close your account, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and request information about how we process your data.

• Access and correction of account profile information through account settings where available
• Account closure and deletion requests
• Withdrawal of product-specific consents where applicable
• Data export upon request where supported, or through a privacy request if self-serve export is not available
• Contact through the Feedback page for privacy questions and requests

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

We use service providers to operate JobDoceo. Categories may include:

• Google sign-in when you choose that authentication method
• Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers
• Email delivery providers for transactional messages
• AI providers that process content solely to deliver requested features
• Object storage providers for uploaded files
• External platforms you interact with directly, such as LinkedIn (those platforms are not JobDoceo processors for their own services)

We may use limited cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, and core product operation. Theme and locale preferences are treated as essential so the product can render correctly. Optional Preferences (for example sidebar layout or feedback launcher position) are stored only when you allow them in Cookie Settings. We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies or advertising pixels to sell or rent your personal information.

You can review or change optional cookie choices at any time via Cookie Settings. If we introduce additional analytics tools or service providers that materially change how personal information is processed, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where appropriate, notify users.

JobDoceo may process and store information in countries other than where you live. When we transfer personal information internationally, we use contractual and organizational safeguards appropriate to the transfer and our service providers.

Hosting locations may change as JobDoceo infrastructure evolves. When a specific hosting region is established for the service, we will update this section.

JobDoceo is intended for adults seeking professional career tools. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, or under a higher age if required by local law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as JobDoceo evolves. Each published version includes a version number, effective date, and change summary. Previous published versions remain available for review.

• Material updates may be announced by email or in-product notice
• When a version requires re-acceptance, that requirement is indicated in the published metadata
• Where permitted by law, continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance, except where we expressly require re-acceptance
