Clear terms for using JobDoceo

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JobDoceo platform and related products, including ATS Intelligence, Autopilot, Job Tracker, and other JobDoceo products we may offer over time (collectively, the "Services").

JobDoceo is currently offered as a Beta service. Features, availability, and product behavior may change as the platform develops. These Terms explain the rules that apply when you create an account or use JobDoceo. They are not legal advice.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in a separate Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy together with these Terms.

You may use JobDoceo only if you are at least 16 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you use JobDoceo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" includes that organization.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information associated with your account and for safeguarding access to your credentials. Notify us promptly through the Feedback page if you believe your account has been compromised.

• Provide accurate registration and profile information and keep it reasonably up to date
• Do not share account credentials or allow unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, except where unauthorized access results from a security failure within our reasonable control

We may refuse registration, require verification, or limit account features where needed to protect the Services or other users.

You agree to use JobDoceo lawfully and in a manner that does not harm the platform, other users, or third parties.

Individual JobDoceo products may have additional rules. The subsections below describe product-specific terms that apply when you use that product. If a product-specific rule conflicts with a general rule, the product-specific rule controls for that product.

You retain ownership of content you upload, enter, or submit through JobDoceo ("User Content"), including resumes, job descriptions, notes, and application details.

You grant JobDoceo a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display User Content solely as needed to provide the Services you request, secure the platform, and improve reliability during Beta.

• You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and process User Content
• You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of User Content you submit
• We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law

JobDoceo and its licensors own the Services, including software, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer ownership of JobDoceo intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from JobDoceo materials except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

JobDoceo may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, AI providers that process content to deliver requested features, and external platforms you choose to interact with.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. JobDoceo is not responsible for third-party platforms, including their availability, content, or decisions. JobDoceo does not claim affiliation with or endorsement by LinkedIn or other job platforms.

JobDoceo is provided as a Beta service. Features may evolve, become unavailable, operate with temporary limitations, or change without prior notice as we develop the platform.

• Beta features may be incomplete, experimental, or subject to reduced support
• Performance, uptime, and feature availability are not guaranteed
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Beta features as needed to operate and improve the Services

JobDoceo is currently offered free of charge during Beta. We do not currently require payment details to use the Services.

We may introduce paid plans or paid features in the future. If we do, we will describe applicable fees before charging you, and we will not charge your payment method without your authorization.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, JobDoceo does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that insights, automation, or application tools will produce any particular result. JobDoceo does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobDoceo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

To the extent permitted by law, JobDoceo's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the maximum extent such liability may be limited under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JobDoceo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your misuse of the Services during Beta
• Your User Content, including claims that you lacked rights to submit it
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
• Your use of automation features in a manner that violates third-party platform rules

This indemnification obligation is limited to claims arising from your own conduct and does not require you to indemnify JobDoceo for claims caused solely by JobDoceo's willful misconduct where such limitation is required by law.

You may stop using JobDoceo at any time and may request account closure through available account controls or the Feedback page.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, create risk or possible legal exposure for JobDoceo or others, or if we discontinue a product or the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

We may update these Terms as JobDoceo evolves. Each published version includes a version number, effective date, and change summary. Previous published versions remain available for review.

• Material updates may be announced by email or in-product notice
• When a version requires re-acceptance, that requirement is indicated in the published metadata
• Where permitted by law, continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance, except where we expressly require re-acceptance

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to your use of the Services, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction's laws where such selection is not permitted.

If a dispute arises out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, the parties will first attempt to resolve it in good faith. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled under applicable law through the courts or other dispute-resolution mechanisms that lawfully apply to the claim.

Nothing in this section requires arbitration or designates a specific country or venue where doing so would be inappropriate or unenforceable.
